Steel: 95t, Wall and roof sandwich panels: 4216m²
The works were carried out in harsh Icelandic winter conditions. Load-bearing steel structures were erected, and the entire building envelope, including the façades and roof, was clad with sandwich panels. Specially designed skylights were integrated into the roof system, maintaining a continuous roof plane.
