Health and safety are fundamental priorities in our project, with all works planned and carried out in accordance with internal procedures, national regulations and project-specific HSE requirements.

Our installation teams are trained and qualified for their tasks, with the necessary certifications maintained and renewed.

Project and site managers actively monitor safe working practices, lifting operations, equipment use and coordination with other contractors, while ensuring proper HSE documentation.

Lessons learned from ongoing and completed projects help us continuously improve our safety standards, working methods and training.

Each project is led by a dedicated Project Manager who serves as the client's main point of contact, coordinating design, commercial matters, approvals, changes and communication between all project parties.

The role also includes progress reporting, payment applications and commercial follow-up, ensuring clear communication and alignment with actual project progress.

Each project has a dedicated Site Manager present full-time during installation works, coordinating installation teams, daily work planning, deliveries, lifting operations, site access and interfaces with other trades.

The Site Manager maintains close communication with the Project Manager and the client's on-site representatives to ensure efficient coordination of daily activities, work sequencing and site requirements.

Changes are part of every construction project. Our flexible project teams respond quickly, provide clear solutions and keep clients informed about the impact on costs and schedules.

We focus on resolving challenges early, minimizing disruption to ongoing works and keeping the project moving towards successful completion.

Unless otherwise agreed, our scope includes the lifting machinery and access equipment required for our installation works, such as mobile cranes, telehandlers, scissor lifts, boom lifts and other specialized equipment.

Working with established rental partners, we select suitable machinery based on lifting requirements, installation methods and site conditions.

This approach allows us to better control equipment availability, coordinate material deliveries with installation schedules and the client's site team, and ensure efficient site operations.

Our installation personnel are employed in accordance with the labour laws and employment requirements of each country where we operate.

We strictly ensure compliance with local regulations covering working conditions, working hours, remuneration and other employment obligations throughout the project.

For projects across the Nordic countries, we can provide contract guarantees through Tryg Garanti, giving clients additional financial security and confidence in our contractual commitments.

Depending on project requirements, these may include performance guarantees during construction and warranty guarantees after completion, with terms and coverage agreed individually for each contract.

We maintain comprehensive quality, health and safety, technical and as-built documentation throughout the project.

This includes the project quality plan, material certificates, inspection checklists, technical data sheets, calculations, inspection records, photographic evidence and as-built drawings.

All documentation is progressively compiled and reviewed to ensure a complete, traceable handover package that meets project requirements, applicable regulations and national standards.

We use digital construction management tools to ensure fast, clear communication, up-to-date project information and traceable documentation.

Fieldwire is our primary internal platform for managing drawings, tasks, inspections, quality control and photographic site records.

We also work with client-specified systems, including Dalux, Ajour and other platforms, ensuring effective coordination, transparent reporting and compliance with project documentation requirements.
