With a total floor area of 26,000 m², this is Espergærde's largest warehouse and logistics facility, certified to the DGNB Gold sustainability standard.
The building is leased to SÆTHER, a leading Nordic distributor of internationally recognised fragrance, makeup, haircare and skincare brands.
As part of the project, Vareno Group installed 6,400 m² of Tenax Panel mineral wool sandwich panels (MW 200 mm), providing a durable, energy-efficient façade with a clean architectural appearance, supporting the project's high sustainability requirements.
