Why is this stage important?

At Vareno Group, design is more than producing drawings. Based on our extensive assembly experience, we design with construction in mind — ensuring that every solution is practical, coordinated and ready to be efficiently supplied and installed under one responsibility.

Most of our building-envelope packages are delivered as an integrated design, supply and installation scope (Design&Build), giving clients one point of responsibility from technical development through to installation.

One team. One coordinated solution.

Our engineers work closely with the project manager, who is responsible for driving and coordinating the overall process throughout the design phase. We coordinate all interfaces between different building systems and construction elements. Where specialist expertise is required, we combine our in-house capabilities with trusted and proven external engineering partners.

Particular value is created when we are responsible for both the structural and building envelope elements. This allows us to develop and coordinate interfaces between different materials and systems, ensuring that they are designed to fit together, avoiding clashes and ensuring the right connections between, for example, steel structures, glazed façades, sandwich panels, roofing, internal structures and architectural finishes.
