Material supply

At Vareno Group, material supply is usually an integral part of our Design & Build approach. We take responsibility for supplying all materials included in our scope, ensuring that the right materials are delivered to site at moment when they required

Our project manager coordinates the supply process together with the client's responsible site representative, agreeing on the delivery schedule, sequence, timing and unloading arrangements in advance. This ensures that material deliveries are aligned with the construction time schedule and the actual conditions on site.

We respect that every project has its own logistics challenges, particularly when storage space on site is limited. We plan deliveries around the available storage capacity, installation sequence and project schedule, helping to avoid unnecessary material storage, double handling and disruption to other site activities.

Deliveries are arranged using the most suitable transport solution, whether by road or sea, with appropriate packaging and protection to ensure that materials arrive safely and ready for installation.

Material and transport costs are clearly indicated separately in our price quotation, with delivery in accordance with the applicable Incoterms®. This provides transparency and ensures that responsibilities for transport, unloading and delivery are clearly understood.

Our experience in both design and installation allows us to plan material supply with the actual construction process in mind. We consider not only what needs to be delivered, but also when it is needed, where it can be stored and how it will be handled and installed on site.

This approach helps minimise delays, reduce unnecessary handling and mitigate the risk of material shortages — keeping the project on track and making the construction process easier for our clients.
